Digital Product Nature

• All products sold on our platform are digital books delivered instantly via download after payment.
• Because of the nature of digital goods, once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.

2. No Cancellations After Download

• Orders cannot be canceled once the download link has been accessed.
• Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally bought the same book more than once.
• Technical issues: If you experience problems accessing or downloading the file that cannot be resolved by our support team.
• Incorrect product: If you received a different book than the one you ordered.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
• Provide your order details and a description of the issue.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exceptions

• No refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with content once the book has been downloaded.
• Promotional or discounted items are non-refundable unless covered by the conditions above.
